Free Fire/Smoke Detectors to UH residents

The city of University Heights recently received a grant to offer its residents free fire/smoke detectors. A fireman will come to your house and show you where to place them and how many you need, and they will give you as many detectors as you need for free. The number for the Free Smoke Detector Program is 216-321-1939. I encourage everyone who does not have smoke detectors to make use of this very important service.

The city of Beachwood is working on a similar program. Details will be provided as soon as they become available.

Thank you to Mrs. Labinsky and Mrs. Kozuch for providing this information.

Kiddush this Shabbos

Rabbi and Mrs. Menachem Weinberg invite everyone to their house  after davening for a kiddush in honor of the birth of their daughter. May they see much nachas from her and the rest of their family, and may we all continue to share in simchos together.
